What is Scuba Diving
SCUBA is an acronym for Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus" a diving mode which is independent of surface supply. To stay underwater for long periods of time for recreational diving is why scuba diving is one of the fastest growing sports in Ireland today. Scuba Training
Because of the nature of the sport it is essential that you are properly trained before your first open water dive.
